You can request deletion of your Chefnotes account and related data at any time after signing in to your account.
To delete your account, log in to Chefnotes and open the Delete Account page from your profile menu. Depending on your selected language, the page is available at https://chefnotes.com/en/profile/delete-account or https://chefnotes.com/bg/profile/delete-account.
On the Delete Account page, you can choose which types of data should be deleted. Deletion of your personal user data is enabled by default.
Your personal user data includes account information and other data connected to your Chefnotes user profile.
Recipe ratings are not deleted by default. You can choose whether your recipe ratings should also be deleted before confirming the account deletion request.
If you choose to delete your recipe ratings, all ratings you have given to recipes will be removed together with your account deletion request.
If you do not choose to delete your recipe ratings, they may be kept separately from your deleted user account and may no longer be connected to your personal profile.
After you confirm the deletion request, Chefnotes will process the deletion of the selected data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.
Some data may be retained where required by law, for fraud prevention, security, accounting, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.
