Using a vegetable peeler, carefully shave wide strips of zest from 60 gr Oranges, taking care to leave the bitter white pith behind, and place them into a small saucepan.

Pour 300 ml Milk into the saucepan directly over the citrus strips.

Add 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon to the saucepan and whisk gently to distribute the spice.

Place the saucepan over medium-low heat and warm until steaming hot, around 70°C (158°F), without letting it reach a boil.

Remove the saucepan from the heat source and let the mixture steep undisturbed for 3 minutes to draw out the aromatic citrus oils.

Retrieve and discard the infused citrus peel strips from the liquid using a slotted spoon or tongs.

Add 60 gr Milk Chocolate to the hot liquid and whisk steadily until completely melted, lustrous, and creamy.

Stir in 1 1/4 tsp Brown Sugar until completely dissolved, then pour the warm beverage into two mugs and serve immediately.
