Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Beat 8 pieces Eggs size L well in a large bowl.
Add 100 ml Vegetable cooking cream and 100 ml Milk.
Wash and chop:
- 120 gr Spinach
- 150 gr Broccoli Frozen into small florets
- 120 gr Cherry Tomatoes into quarters
- 1/2 head Onions finely
Add all the vegetables to the egg mixture and season with salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle the pre-grated 200 gr Kashkaval (cow) and 100 gr White Brined Cow Cheese on top.
Bake for about 35–40 minutes, making sure the frittata is not undercooked inside or overcooked on the outside. If it is thicker, it may need a bit more time to set. At the end, you can switch the oven to top heat only for a few minutes to brown the cheese on top.
Once ready, let it rest briefly and carefully cut into triangles.
